• conduct evaluation, guidance and professional accompaniment talks.
• analyze the functioning profile of the person in relation to the demands of the role and the working context.
• assess skills, resources, interests, motivation, self-efficiency, adaptation strategies and factors that can foster or hinder professional integration.
• define, with the person and with the network, individualized objectives of development and reintegration.
• assess the suitability of professional contexts consistent with the profile, skills and health conditions of the person.
• monitoring and supervision of internship paths, professional assessments of work capacity, work training and courses of employment research techniques.
• to accompany companies in the definition of tasks, framework conditions, adaptations and appropriate supervision.
• observing and evaluating work performance directly in business contexts, drafting conclusions on intermediate and final reports at the request of institutional bodies.
• support the maintenance of the workplace and intervene early in the presence of criticality.
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team of the SIL and participate in the methodological and qualitative development of the service.

Requirements

• is a preferential title of the cantonal qualification of clinical authorization for free exercise.
• experience in the evaluation of work performance, work capacity, motivational interventions with individuals and companies, professional orientation, selection, professional coaching, case management or work integration.
• knowledge of the Ticino labour market and the main organizational processes and human resource management.
• experience in collaboration with companies and employers.
• the knowledge of invalidity insurance, measures for occupational reintegration and work with persons who have physical or mental health problems.

• ability to carry out analysis of the workplace or training, evaluating the compatibility between person, task and organization.
• manage complex conversations and situations characterized by ambivalence, reduced motivation, conflict or high emotional or relational load.
• work on the network and coordinate actors with different perspectives and mandates.
• safely use current IT tools (MS Office, Word, Excel, Power Point and OneDrive)
• excellent mastery of the Italian language, oral and written.
• licence to conduct cat. B
• availability to travel on the cantonal territory.
• ability to listen and build the interpersonal alliance.
• orientation to the resources and evolutionary possibilities of the team.
• analytical thinking, ability to judge, concreteness and orientation to solutions.
• organizational autonomy, ability to define priorities and flexibility in managing complex situations.
• balance between support for the person and realistic comparison with the demands of the labour market.
• negotiating skills and professional communication with companies and institutions.
• reliability, precision, respect for confidentiality and attitude to interdisciplinary collaboration.
• reflexive capacity and availability to continuous supervision and training.

Knowledge considered an advantage

• clinical knowledge of psychiatric disorders and their potential impact on work functionality.
• ability to translate clinical and psychosocial information into concrete indications the path of reintegration of the staff, respecting the roles and skills of the different figures involved.
• knowledge of other national languages and/or English.

Selection procedure

• the procedure will include the evaluation of the dossiers immediately after the expiry of the contest and the eventual participation up to two selection talks.
