Role overview

♪ - perform psychodiagnostic activity and psychotherapeutic indication aimed at the evaluation of psychological functioning and to guide the patient's takeover - carry out psychological and/or psychotherapeutic support activities both individual and group, where necessary in collaboration with doctors, nurses, educators/tricians, social operators and social workers, for patients, following the therapeutic plan and implementing it in compliance with its professional skills - to be responsible for drafting reports on cases followed or lost - ensure the updating of the clinical records and other registration and/or statistical tasks required as well as the correct compilation of the performance and the management of the billing process - provide advice regarding its specific competences, to institutions, institutions and structures, state, parastatali and private after favourable notice by the Head of the Psychology Service and/or the Head of the Team in which it is inserted/a - update your professional knowledge in compliance with federal and cantonal provisions for the maintenance of the specialty title - is responsible for the training and supervision of psychologists and psychotherapists in training and other staff - participate in team meetings in order to ensure a shared multidisciplinary takeover and work within common working tables contributing to the development of interprofessional/intersectoral/interdipartimental projects - take part in initiatives relating to mental health in order to develop new preventive or rehabilitative measures and/or prior authorisation of the Directorate may carry out research activities

♪ Requirements - diploma or licence or bachelor+master in psychology obtained from a Swiss university or, if obtained from foreign university, federal recognition of diploma issued by the Psychological Professions Commission PsiCo (in accordance with Article 2 and 3 of the Federal Law on Psychological Professions (LPPsi)) - authorization in the Canton of Ticino to exercise the profession of psychologist/activist in the health sector (see details of particular observation) - authorization in the Canton of Ticino for the exercise of the profession of psychotherapist (see details of particular observation) - experience in food behaviour disorders (over 3 years) may be preferential title - ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, propositive attitude, ability to adapt, empathy and relational skills - to have adequate psycho-active profile for the exercise of the profession - knowledge of the territory, social services and the social network of the Canton Ticino - perfect mastery of the Italian language and knowledge of another official language spoken and written

## Special remarks Candidates with the title of psychologist: - candidates with the title of psychologist/a, with recognition issued by the Commission of Psychological Professions (PsiCo) in the case of foreign qualifications but not yet in possession of the authorization in the Canton Ticino to exercise the profession of psychologist/activist in the health sector, are granted 6 months by the decision of assignment for the obtainment of the same - candidates with a psychologist/achievement at a foreign university, but not yet in possession of the recognition of the Commission of Psychological Professions (PsiCo), are granted 6 months by the decision of assignment for obtaining the same together with the authorization in the Canton Ticino to exercise the profession of psychologist/activist in the healthcare sector - the effective start of the activity of the chosen candidate/ candidate is subject to obtaining authorization in the Canton of Ticino for the exercise of the profession of psychologist/activist in the health sector - the failure to obtain the requirements requested within 6 months of the decision of assignment entails automatic decay - within 4 years of the beginning of activity it is necessary to obtain authorization in the Canton Ticino to exercise the profession of psychotherapist - during this period the recruitment will take place in the form of the assignment (art. 15 and 16 GROSS) switchable in appointment to obtain authorization in the Canton Ticino to exercise the profession of psychotherapist - failure to obtain the final termination of the employment relationship
