Class and annual salary (including 13th monthly payment) Psychologist I - 10 → 88'633.- - / 141'990.- - Psychologist II - 9 → 83'633.- - / 133'310.- - -- - Description to carry out psychodiagnostic and psychotherapeutic indication activities aimed at evaluating psychological functioning and to guide the taking charge of the patient to carry out psychological and/or psychotherapeutic support activities both individually and in groups, where necessary in collaboration with doctors, nurses, educators, social workers and social workers, for patients, following the therapeutic plan and implementing it in compliance of his/her professional skills be responsible for drafting reports on cases followed up or expert reports ensure the updating of medical records and other required registration and/or statistical tasks as well as the correct compilation of services and the management of the billing process provide advice regarding his/her specific skills, at state, parastatal and private bodies, institutes and structures after favorable notice by the head of the Psychology Service and/or the head of the team in which he/she is inserted to update his/her professional knowledge in compliance with the federal and cantonal provisions for the maintenance of the specialty title.
In addition, he is responsible for the training and supervision of psychologists/ghe and psychotherapists in training and for - Candidates with the title of psychotherapist to candidates with the title of psychotherapist with recognition issued by the Commission of Psychological Professions (PsiCo) in the case of foreign titles but not yet in possession of the authorization in the Canton of Ticino to exercise the profession of psychotherapist, are granted 6 months from the decision of appointment to obtain the same to candidates with the title of psychotherapist but not yet in possession of the recognition of the Commission of Psychological Professions (PsiCo), are granted 6 months from the decision of appointment to obtain the same together with the authorization in the Canton of Ticino to exercise the profession of psychotherapist the effective start of the activity of the candidate is subject to obtaining the authorization in the Canton of Ticino to exercise the profession of psychotherapist.
Failure to comply with the requirements requested within 6 months of the appointment decision entails its automatic forfeiture within 4 years of the start of the activity, it is necessary to obtain authorization in the Canton of Ticino to exercise the profession of psychologist active in the health field.
