Valais Hospital is seeking, for the Valais Romand Hospital Center and its Psychiatry and Psychotherapy Unit, a Psychologist at 50-70% for mobile teams in adult psychiatry and psychotherapy in Central Valais ## Mission Under the direction and supervision of your managers, you will assume the following tasks: - Provide mobile care tailored to the needs of individuals suffering from mental disorders, promoting their autonomy and respecting their social and cultural characteristics - Conduct crisis interventions in the field, supporting teams involved in the care of complex patients - Ensure transition follow-ups, particularly hospital-to-outpatient, for as long as necessary to integrate the patient into a care network, promoting continuity of care and coordination among various partners - Assess and guide the patient within the socio-healthcare network in collaboration with family members and multidisciplinary teams ## Profile - Master of Science in Psychology awarded by a university or equivalent recognized qualification - Postgraduate training towards obtaining the federal specialization title in psychotherapy, either ongoing (with confirmed enrollment in the program) or completed - Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred - Strong knowledge of clinical psychopathology - Interest in psychotherapeutic work and adult psychiatry - Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team - Team spirit and interest in institutional network work - Initiative and autonomy in work - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage demanding clinical situations - Valid driver’s license and access to a private vehicle Only applications matching the profile will be processed.
