The Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, from injection-molded parts to pipette tips for liquid handling to metal and plastic parts. Our goal is to produce as many parts in-house as possible. This way, we remain agile, independent, and efficient. You can make this happen: </p>

<p>Assist in the development, design, procurement, and assembly of operating tools and molds for the production of our Robotics Instruments. Work closely with the production and CAD teams of the Research and Development Department. Conduct technical clarifications with suppliers and obtain quotes, up to the order release. Assemble new operating tools and molds, up to supporting existing ones in use in production. Test and hand over new operating tools and molds to production. Create and archive documentation/specifications for PBM's. Establish maintenance plans/define inspection intervals. </p>

<ul> <li>A degree in mechanics/polytechnic or comparable experience in a technical field</li> <li>Excellent technical knowledge</li> <li>PC skills (Microsoft Office)</li> <li>Ability to read and understand technical drawings (an advantage)</li> <li>High degree of independence and coordination in work</li> <li>Creative and assertive personality, who enjoys actively shaping work</li> <li>Willingness to work across departments, approach people</li> <li>Excellent German language skills (C1)</li> </ul>
