- Analysis, optimization and documentation of workshop processes with focus on efficiency and quality

Main responsibilities
- Analysis, optimization and documentation of workshop processes with focus on efficiency and quality
- Preparation of key figures and reports as a basis for the management and further development of the workshop operation
- Support for SAP and environmental systems as well as interface to IT and specialist areas
- Planning, control and implementation of projects including budget and deadline monitoring
- Introduction of new IT tools, AI-based solutions and standards, and employee training Requirements
- Completed vocational training in technical or commercial fields;
- Further training as a technician: in HF Operating technology, process technician: in HF or process specialist Negotiating knowledge of German
- At least 3 years of professional experience in the process and project environment
- Experience with process modeling (BPMN), Lean/Six Sigma and project management
- Very good MS Office and SAP skills as well as high IT and AI affinity What we offer
