In order to support our team, from October 2026, we are looking for a dedicated management of the study administration (m/w/d) with a workload of 100%.
Course description The tasks include the following responsibilities: management of study administration • management and further development of the team of teaching administration at D-MAVT (5 employees) • overall responsibility for the study and doctoral administration (BSc, MSc, PhD, further education) First contact point for students and doctoral students to support crisis situations and conflict management • Care and development of international partnerships (mobility/exchange programs) • Advice and support for incoming and outgoing students profile We are looking for a strategically thinking and operationally strong personality for a key role in the interface of teaching, administration and academic governance.
