Key requirements
- Basic training in construction main or construction subsidiary with further training as building drawing, construction manager, technician HF or comparable qualification
- Experience in project management of construction and infrastructure projects
- Knowledge of building technology (HLKS, electrical, building automation) is advantageous
- Experience in healthcare or in complex operational environments desirable
- Strong organisational and coordination skills
- Negotiation skills and a secure attitude towards internal and external partners
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
