- On a daily basis, PM plans resources, handles finances and organizes the business documents related to the project.
Main responsibilities

- On a daily basis, PM plans resources, handles finances and organizes the business documents related to the project.
- PM also works directly with higher management to streamline the entire project management process to ensure the project has a set direction for success and it meets this definition of success at the completion period.
- Collaborating with engineers, architects and all stakeholders to define details of the project.
- Negotiating contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements.
- Obtaining permits and licenses from appropriate authorities.
- Coordinating with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
- Meeting with project team members to identify and resolve issues.
- Submitting project deliverables and ensuring that they adhere to quality standards.
- Preparing status reports by gathering, analysing, and summarizing relevant information.
