Main responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and manage medium- to high-complexity cross-functional projects throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, project milestones, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor project progress against timelines, budget, scope, and quality objectives, proactively identifying risks, issues, and appropriate mitigation actions.
- Support project governance activities, including the preparation of Steering Committee meetings, Project Reviews, and management reporting.
- Foster effective coordination and collaboration across key business functions.
- Updatin and monitoring project dashboards, KPIs, and periodic reports for senior management.
- Promote standardized Project Management methodologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support project portfolio planning and prioritization activities. Education
- Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Engineering or other relevant scientific disciplines.
Key requirements
- Required
- Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Previous experience in a multinational pharmaceutical company is preferred.
- Experience managing projects throughout the full project lifecycle, from planning through execution and closure. Preferred
- Experience managing CAPEX projects , including Large Capital Investment Projects .
