- University degree in Management, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent technical background with relevant further education.
- 2--4 years of experience project management in a multidisciplinary industrial environment.

- 2--4 years of experience project management in a multidisciplinary industrial environment.
- Solid knowledge of project management methods and tools (WBS, scheduling, risk management, DFMEA/PFMEA) and MS Project, MS Office, and SAP.
- Structured and independent working style, strong communication skills, and confidence in presenting to diverse audiences.
- Fluent in Italian.
- English level B2 or higher.
