Role overview

IN FRONT OFFICE - First point of contact for phone inquiries and handling requests - Management of the art shop, including sales and customer advice - Receiving and forwarding courier shipments - Issuing visitor badges - Processing guided tour requests and accompanying museum programs ## IN BACK OFFICE - Responsibility for national and international postal and courier shipments - Distribution and ordering of office supplies - Creation of various statistics, such as overnight stays and shop revenue - Checking invoices from shipping partners ## Requirements - Completed secondary education, e.g.
