We’re looking for a Product Manager (AO) to join the Collateral Crew, specifically within the Margin & Interest Workflow pod.

- Key responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Support ownership of one or more Collateral Operations products or services within the Margin & Interest Workflow pod.
Main responsibilities
- Key responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:
- Support ownership of one or more Collateral Operations products or services within the Margin & Interest Workflow pod.
- Work closely with Collateral Operations users to understand day to day margin and interest workflows and identify pain points.
- Help identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and enhance user experience, particularly within margin call issuance processes.
- Assist in capturing and translating stakeholder requirements into clear, structured inputs for the delivery team.
- Support demand clarification and backlog prioritization in partnership with senior Product Managers and engineering leads.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of product backlogs, ensuring user needs are clearly articulated.
- Work with Technology teams to support delivery of solutions that leverage AI and automation to improve margin processes.
- Participate in user demos, showcases, and walkthroughs of new functionality.
- Actively support user adoption, gathering feedback and helping teams understand and embed new solutions.
