## How you can make a difference ### Your Responsibilities: - Take full responsibility for the product portfolio throughout its entire lifecycle – from concept to phase-out - Derive market and customer needs and translate them into clear product requirements and strategies - Collaborate closely with Engineering, Regulatory, Marketing, Sales and Support to ensure product success - Drive the strategic development of the portfolio by identifying growth opportunities, technological trends and new applications - Own the business case: conduct financial evaluations, define priorities, and support decision-making within portfolio and roadmap planning - Represent the portfolio in internal committees and externally with customers and business partners

## That’s what you bring along ### Your Qualifications: - Several years of Product Management experience, ideally in the Biopharma/Biotech environment or with technical or regulated products - Proven track record in portfolio management and product strategy - Degree in Biotechnology, Bioprocess Engineering, Biochemistry or a related field; additional knowledge in business administration or marketing is a strong plus - Strong customer focus and willingness to travel (approx. 30%) - Solid technical understanding and the ability to communicate complex topics clearly - High level of responsibility, a structured approach to work, and strong entrepreneurial mind set - Excellent communication skills – you can engage and align diverse stakeholders - Experience with regulatory requirements is an advantage - Excellent command of German and English, both written and spoken
