Role overview

Mission: Support the continuous improvement of Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) processes (AML, KYC, Sanctions) by working closely with Compliance, Business, and IT teams. Contribute to aligning Compliance requirements with operational processes and IT tools while enhancing process efficiency and establishing a robust control framework. Responsibilities Support the analysis of business needs and contribute to integrating compliance requirements into financial crime prevention processes (AML, KYC, Sanctions). Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing solutions validated by stakeholders (Compliance, Front Office, IT, etc.).

Design and implement streamlined, scalable, and effective processes to enhance operational performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Participate in the documentation and updating of processes related to compliance, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), ensuring alignment with current practices and regulatory requirements.
