- He/she is a reliable person and able to independently manage significant workloads, taking on the responsibilities delegated to him/her;

- Profile: The person we are looking for has a nursing assistant diploma and has good knowledge in the use of the main IT tools and has gained at least one year of experience in an acute department generalist.
Main responsibilities
- He/she is a reliable person and able to independently manage significant workloads, taking on the responsibilities delegated to him/her;
- Furthermore, it knows how to adapt to ongoing and future changes.
- The future collaborator we are looking for is available to work in a multidisciplinary context, mainly dealing with the reprocessing of endoscopic instruments.
- Demonstrates good familiarity with the use of medical equipment and/or is available to learn the necessary skills; for this reason excellent manual skills are required.
- He believes, like us, in the importance of putting the patient and his family at the center of all our attention.

- To complete our team of the Endoscopy and Ambulatory Surgery Unit (UEC) of the Bellinzona e Valli Regional Hospital we are looking for a Nursing Assistant from the Endoscopy and Ambulatory Surgery Unit (UEC) (50%-60%)
- Experience gained in a specialist field (endoscopy, operating room, specialist clinic) is an advantage.
- The future collaborator is flexible both in terms of the activities assigned to him/her and in the work shifts;
- He has excellent interpersonal and organizational skills as well as an aptitude for teamwork and a good spirit of collaboration.
