- Lead the sales team to exceed financial targets, maximize sales, achieve KPIs, and promote cross-selling and upselling. - Assist the Store Manager in analyzing performance, developing action plans, making commercial recommendations, and implementing business strategies. - Motivate, coach, and inspire the team: identify talents, support training needs, and foster a positive, high-performing environment. - Ensure strong product knowledge, stay updated on market trends, and support ongoing training and digital tool adoption. - Promote a client-centric culture, ensure excellent service standards, execute selling ceremonies, and manage complaints effectively. - Build strong client relationships, encourage clientelling initiatives, identify new client opportunities, and support after-sales excellence. - Maintain visual merchandising standards, oversee operational procedures (cash, inventory, reporting), ensure back-of-house efficiency, and protect company assets.

- +5 years’ experience in a leading role in the (luxury) retail environment - Passionate about the product category, with strong market and product knowledge as well as interest in luxury, fashion, art - A business-driven mindset with solid problem-solving skills, and a collaborative team player able to lead, influence, and inspire peers - Customer-centric approach with a natural ability to serve and engage clients - Fluent in Dutch and English
