Its tasks shall include: • Organization of the POLICLINIC | reCOVER everyday life and coordination of office hours • Telephone and written communication with patients, doctors and insurance companies • Ensuring smooth processes in practice – from order and cleanliness to everyday organizational tasks. • Organization of the reception area: friendly reception and care of the patients, creation of a pleasant atmosphere and first contact person for visitors to the practice.
