- Principal Responsibilities:
- Lead Mumbai Lending team to support onshore team in managing a portfolio of loans to HNW and UHNW clients consisting of various collateral types including but not limited to Marketable Securities, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, LP interests, and Unsecured

- Lead Mumbai Lending team to support onshore team in managing a portfolio of loans to HNW and UHNW clients consisting of various collateral types including but not limited to Marketable Securities, Private Equity, Hedge Funds, LP interests, and Unsecured
- Assist in preparing high quality credit presentations within defined periodic review due dates that accurately summarize the loan purpose, terms and conditions, sources of repayment, risks, credit strengths and weaknesses
Application process
- apply financial principles, theories, concepts, and techniques to analyze information and loan collateral in accordance with policies, procedures, and industry practice
- keep current on major developments and changes in market and client financial condition to identify and escalate potential negative trends that could lead to the deterioration of credit quality and internal ratings
- maintain and update borrower’s loan data in internal systems and trackers
- participate in the development and ongoing updates to process and procedure documents
