## Responsibilities - Overall cross-functional responsibility within the defined planning horizon for integrated planning of personnel, rolling stock, and track/network resources, including ensuring a holistic and optimized planning outcome - Coordination of planning sub-areas within the planning horizon as the central point of contact, including alignment and harmonization of plans - Dossier management and coordination of major projects such as construction sites and large events within the respective horizon, including forward-looking planning and (partial) project management as needed - Ensuring the flow of information between planning sub-areas and building and maintaining collaboration with internal and external stakeholders - Continuous development of quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction through seamless integration of time horizons and ongoing optimization of coordination ## Requirements - Completed higher education, preferably in transport planning, logistics, engineering, business administration, or similar - Several years of professional experience in planning and management, ideally in rail production or a complex 24/7 operation - Experience in coordinating across multiple teams and interfaces as well as in dossier management for complex projects - Knowledge of project management is an advantage, especially for large-scale projects - Excellent oral and written communication skills for coordination, decision-making, and accurate dossier management - Ability to transparently identify goal conflicts and coordinate binding solutions - Moderation and management skills in cross-departmental settings, including the ability to handle escalations in case of goal conflicts ## What we offer - 2nd class general subscription - Free tickets and discounts on train travel abroad - Company mobile phone and subscription for business and private use - Flexible part-time models - Attractive social benefits and pension fund with excellent conditions - Option to purchase additional vacation days - Opportunities for internal and external training with financial support from RhB ## Contact This is why you are the right person
