- To complete our team of the nursing service of the Regional Hospital of Locarno "La Carità" we look for a (a) Governor on the floors (100%).
- The person we are looking for is responsible for the organization and operational coordination of all hotel activities on the plans for degent patients.
- It guarantees the control and quality of the performance provided, ensuring compliance with procedures, quality standards and directives.
- It plays its role by collaborating directly with the nursing service and with the hotel service, in particular catering and domestic economy, helping to create an orderly, cared for and comfortable environment.
- It is a guarantee of the culture of hospitality, attention to detail and attention to hotel comfort in the hospital. Requirements
- Federal professional certificate as head of the hotel/house economy, equivalent or federal certificate as employee of domestic economy
- At least 10 years of experience in a similar role in socio-sanitary or hospital Entrepreneurship trainer
- Excellent organizational and relational capacity Mastery of the main computer media Knowledge of the Italian language
