Main responsibilities

- Responsibility for the entire payroll for around 400 employees incl. Mutations and monthly wage run
- Administration of social insurance as well as contact person for employees in wage- and insurance-related issues
- Creation of payroll, withholding tax and social security accounts
- Conduct of voting work and participation in the annual accounts
- Handling accident, illness and IV cases as well as supporting the persons concerned Testing and setup in SAP for legal changes or new requirements Ensuring audit-proof payroll processes and supporting internal/external audits
- Management and further development of employee benefits incl.
- Administration and communication Your qualifications
- Commercial basic training, further training in wage processing or social insurance of advantage
- At least 6 years of experience in contract processing
