As a Pâtissier, you are an important part of our kitchen team and actively support the Pâtis series in the production of high-quality desserts and baked goods. Their main tasks include: - Active cooperation in the production, presentation and decoration of desserts, cakes, pastries and other Pâtisserie specialties. - Supporting Chef Pâtissier and the team in daily production as well as in preparation for service. - Careful handling of high-quality ingredients and compliance with the prescribed recipes and quality standards. - Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards according to HACCP guidelines. - Support in storage, control and preparation of ingredients for daily production. ## Your profile For this exciting role we are looking for a dedicated person who brings the following qualifications: - Complete training as a confectioner, baker or pâtissier. - At least 2 years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry or gastronomy. - Passion and creativity in the field of pâtis series and dessert production. - Embossed organizational skills and attention for detail. - Good knowledge of German and English; additional language skills are advantageous. ## Our offer - temporary employment contract from the end of May 2026 to the beginning of September 2026 - 5-day week on average at 43.5 hours. - 5 weeks holiday and 6 holidays per year. - 13.
