Role overview
Contribute to the management of materials and vehicles from procurement to return, including associated administrative tasks. Plan, prepare, and execute projections, installations, and operation of operations bases in Switzerland and abroad. Ensure material readiness. Perform short-term or planned deployments in Switzerland and abroad. Support the Logistics and Support department in the development of administrative and digitalization areas and stay up-to-date with personal training in the field of (deployment) logistics. This makes you unique. Completed vocational training with several years of experience in the field of (military) logistics. Completed recruit school and non-commissioned or commissioned officer school of the Swiss Army (an advantage in the supply/return area); military service suitability and medical suitability for foreign deployments must be given (checked within the recruitment process). Experience in the field of information and communication technology with a focus on computer science. Category B driver's license; additional driver's licenses (C, C1, D, D1, etc.) are an advantage. Willingness to perform short-term or planned deployments in Switzerland and abroad. Good spoken and written knowledge of a second official language, as well as good English skills (at least First Certificate) for deployment in an international environment.
