Description Tasks - plans and provides appropriate, quality and ethically oriented services, personalizing the intervention and taking care of the setting - correctly compiles the patient's documentation ensuring the completeness of the clinical data for which the nurse is responsible - is autonomous and responsible in the exercise of his/her function, consistently applies the care model in force (integrated care) and uses the psychoeducational tools in use.
Promotes and leads therapeutic and animation groups - recognizes early signs and symptoms of crises, intervenes according to the principles of effectiveness, efficiency and appropriateness in compliance with the procedures in use - builds, reactivates and organizes the support network by exercising a health advocacy role - actively collaborates with the various teams inside and outside the CSO using a cooperative mode, assertive and aimed at mediation and conflict resolution - assumes a supporting role towards students in internships and newly hired staff by collaborating with the assistant teacher - updates and actively participates in training events that contribute to the evolution of their function ## Requirements - diploma of nurse with specialty (mental health) (salary class 5) or Bachelor in nursing or diploma of nurse in care General students with recognition issued by the Swiss Red Cross (SRC) (salary class 4) with registration in the national register of health professions GesReg/NAREG: - experience in the psychiatric field - teamwork skills, critical skills, creativity, proactive attitude, flexibility, empathy and interpersonal skills - knowledge and experience in the national health system - perfect knowledge of the Italian language and knowledge of another official language and/or ## Special remarks - degree of employment to be defined, in his/her application the candidate is invited to indicate the desired percentage - willingness of the candidate to work irregular hours and to work shifts (holidays and nights) - the place of employment will vary according to the places available - for holders of a Bachelor's degree in nursing care or a Diploma of Nurse in general care: - compulsory specialisation in mental health at the University of Applied Sciences and Arts of Southern Switzerland (SUPSI) within 4 years of recruitment according to the regulations and directives in force at the time of enrolment in the training course (DAS course fee paid by the Cantonal Socio-Psychiatric Organization (OSC) while the exam fee was paid by the collaborator).
