Tasks - decides and manages the individual therapeutic plan for the patient according to the diagnostic and pharmacotherapeutic framework, ensuring, in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team, the correct implementation of the patient's care - ensures and carries out specialist medical-psychiatric or paedopsychiatric visits, where necessary in collaboration with psychologists, to patients ensuring the correct diagnostic framework, psychopharmacological and rehabilitative - actively collaborates with the doctors of psychiatric and somatic hospitals and with doctors with private practice, in agreement with the psychiatrist in charge of the OSC service.
With regard to the somatic care necessary for the patient's well-being, organizes and co-manages the somatic care provided - ensures the FMH training of physicians, assistants and other public or public interest professionals.
He/she is required to update his/her professional knowledge in compliance with the provisions of the FMH for the maintenance of the specialty title - verifies, in agreement with the deputy psychiatrist and/or the chief psychiatrist OSC service, that the ideal preconditions for a network intervention in the area in collaboration with the public and private structures involved are met - ensures the on-call on the territory and/or the guards in the Cantonal Psychiatric Clinic (CPC) - prepares psychiatric or paedopsychiatric medical reports entrusted to him/her and supervised by a chief psychiatrist - ensures the correct drafting of the TARDOC and TARPSY services ## Requirements - medical diploma (or equivalent qualification) - FMH specialist title in psychiatry and psychotherapy or in child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy (or equivalent qualifications) - authorisation to practise the profession of doctor in the Canton of Ticino issued by the Health Office - perfect command of the Italian language, knowledge of English and/or a second official language - medical-therapeutic work experience in socio-psychiatric teams - aptitude for teamwork - knowledge of the territory and the socio-psychiatric assistance network of the Canton of Ticino ## Special remarks - employment relationship: assignment (art.
