One Identity Manager Engineer
Role overview
Join the IAM team with a strong focus on Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) using One Identity Manager .
You will manage identity lifecycle processes, application integrations, and governance workflows, contributing to a secure and compliant IAM environment.
Your key tasks - Operate, maintain, and evolve One Identity Manager platforms - Design, implement, and support Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) processes - Manage workflows, role models, access policies, and certifications - Integrate applications and target systems into the IGA platform - Maintain synchronization, mappings, and job server operations - Contribute to access control governance for privileged and non-privileged identities - Monitor platform health, troubleshoot issues, and provide L2/L3 support - Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and runbooks aligned with audit and compliance requirements ## Qualifiche - Degree in IT or equivalent professional experience - Strong hands-on experience with One Identity Manager - Solid background in Identity Governance / IGA - Knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD / Entra ID, LDAP, and authentication concepts - Working knowledge of SQL - Strong documentation mindset and compliance awareness - Fluent English It would be a real bonus if you have - Knowledge of One Identity Safeguard - Proficiency in PowerShell, Terraform, and Ansible - Italian ## Informazioni aggiuntive We realize that managing work life balance is a challenge we all face in our daily lives and in order to support with this we are pleased to offer hybrid and flexible working for most of our Avaloqers to maintain work life balance and still continue our fantastic Avaloq culture in our global offices.
