Main responsibilities
- co-operates on the basis of the directives issued by the Director/trice CARL a social-educational-rehabilitative development plan of the residents for whom it acts as a reference figure
- puts in place the interventions and strategies necessary in collaboration with the team to properly manage the behavior disorders of the residents of the center, while promoting their autonomy and their psycho-physical well-being
- collaborates with all those rehabilitation activities, social and professional integration essential to make operational the objectives established by the educational work of each individual
- involves the rehabilitation and socio-educative development plan of family residents or those who make their veins, as well as internal and external operators/internal and external operators/involved
- performs and guarantees medical prescriptions and therapeutic interventions authorized by its specific training or by special education received
- co-operates with sociosanitary schools to train pupils in the context of its specific skills in compliance with the goals of internships
- organizes its activity within the four areas of presence, including nights, in order to ensure continuity of educational care Requirements:
- experience in psychiatry skills in teamwork, critical skills, creativity, positive attitude, flexibility, empathy and relational skills
- knowledge and experience in the national health system
- perfect knowledge (conversation and editing) of the Italian language and knowledge (conversation and editing) of another official language and/or English availability to work with irregular hours
