Dielsdorf Health Centre is a modern geriatric competence centre with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our offer ranges from consulting services for older people and their relatives, general and specialized long-term care to care and care at home. At Regensdorf we offer 54 residents a family environment with professional care. Tasks: • Professional and individual care and care during the night • Ensuring safety, orientation and well-being of the inhabitants • Collection, planning and evaluation of the care process • Working with day teams and careful handover • Participation in team meetings Requirements: • Training as a nursing professional HF, specialist for long-term care • Self-employed and responsible working methods - Quality and safety are your focus • Load capacity • German level at least B2 • Embossed social competence, team and communication skills • High service and customer orientation • For foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is mandatory We offer: A responsible task with design space in a varied, forward-looking and interprofessional environment.
