**Job Title:** ICT Operations Lead **Job Description:** Lead and coordinate the ICT operations at assigned locations Develop and ensure the implementation of operational guidelines for network equipment and solution concepts to adapt to network requirements, as well as participate in guidelines for the evaluation and installation of network equipment Plan and install network components in complex, high-availability, and extensive communication and transmission systems, including management of inventory and documentation systems Perform network tests based on developed concepts, review security measures, and analyze measures to improve security Independently lead and manage medium-sized operational and lifecycle projects, and participate in and support large projects (e.g. project management advice, technical coordination, etc.) **Required Qualifications:** Higher education with a focus on Information and Communication Technologies Proven experience in ICT infrastructure operations, advantageous with interconnected knowledge of ICT and technical building equipment (TGA) fields Knowledge of current cabling systems, including necessary standards and norms such as SIA, KBOB, etc. Advantageous: system-/manufacturer-specific training for the operation and maintenance of directional radio and NW systems (WAN / LAN) Logical and analytical thinking, self-responsibility, resilience, good physical basic fitness, and precise working style
