Application process
- In this key role for brand image, you ensure the attractive look of stores and apply the decoration guidelines of Visual Merchandising. Job description
- Product implementation and application of merchandising plans within sales surfaces, ensuring consistent and qualitative presentation
- Optimization of the customer journey and adaptation of sales spaces according to new developments, inventory rotations and commercial objectives
- Monitoring and analysis of performance: monitoring of key indicators (sales, processing rates) and observation of market and competition trends
- Training, motivation and support of sales teams to ensure the optimal installation of collections and the impeccable holding of the exhibition
- Proposing new locations or activation ideas to boost promotions and increase in-store visibility
- Support during events and promotions: preparation, installation and coordination of special decorations or VM projects
- Administrative management including weekly planning, fee tracking and field coordination Profile
