Secretaria/or doctor - Ausschreibung L’EOC the multisite hospital of Ticino is present with its institutes on the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1’000 beds.

To complete our team of medical secretariats of the Regional Hospital of Lugano and the Institute of Clinical Neurosciences of Italian Switzerland (INSI), we look for a (a) Secretary/or medical (100%) Profile: The person we are looking for can manage time efficiently and effectively, focusing his efforts on priorities; he is able to cope with high workloads and is comfortable working independently on even complex tasks.

It must be flexible and resourceful, with adaptability based on the needs of medical services.

It shows that it has solid organizational and relational capabilities, attention to others and good stress management skills.

To this are added the will to put into practice the principles of continuous improvement, as well as a good ability to autocritical and to work within a team.

• Requirements: AFC business/business diploma (profile E or M) or equivalent title; high familiarity with the media (Microsoft Office) and EOC programs; excellent mastery of the Italian language.

Knowledge of a second national language is a preferential title; fluent typology and accurate long texts; hoped for professional experience in healthcare.

The person employed must be able to use public transport or motorcycle/scooter/bicycle to go to work.
