Doctor assistant orthopedic surgery - Ausschreibung L’EOC the multisite hospital of Ticino is present with its institutes on the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1’000 beds.

The following position is addressed to candidates who wish to apply spontaneously as an assistant doctor orthopaedic surgery Profile The orthopaedic-traumatology surgery service of the Regional Hospital of Lugano is the cantonal center for polytraumatized patients (MAS) and covers the whole spectrum of traumatology and orthopaedia including the complex one of the whole cantonal territory.

The service is recognized by SIWF for the formation of assistants for traumatology and orthopaedics of the locomotor apparatus such as B1, collaborates with different university centers and hosts a Master in Biomedicine teaching since 2020.

The position is oriented to doctors interested in orthopaedic training or generic training (internal medicine, rheumatology, physiatrics etc.).

• Requirements required undergraduate/diploma in medicine or equivalent title and related registration in MedReg before the start of work For doctors with foreign qualifications the recognition by the Federal Commission for medical professions MEBEKO is mandatory and relative registration to MedReg before the start of the activity proven knowledge of the Italian language (level required at least B2), with relative registration to MedReg before the start of the activity, hoped knowledge of another English Applications will be assessed only in case of service requirements.
