Assistant Doctor Internal Medicine - Ausschreibung The EOC, the multi-site hospital in Ticino, is present with its institutes throughout the entire cantonal territory for a total of 1,000 beds. The organization allows us to effectively combine a local approach and an overall vision, guaranteeing the population a global and local hospital offer, regardless of the place where the services are required. Thanks to the commitment and expertise of over 6,500 collaborators and their attention to human relationships, the EOC ensures quality healthcare by taking care of over 41,000 inpatients per year and providing over 600,000 outpatient consultations. The following position is aimed at doctors who wish to submit a spontaneous application to the Lugano Regional Hospital as an Assistant Doctor in Internal Medicine. Profile The doctor works independently and at an interdisciplinary level, promoting the skills required by the function of Assistant Doctor.

• Necessary requirements degree/diploma in medicine, for doctors with foreign qualifications, recognition by the Federal Commission for Medical Professions MEBEKO and relative registration with MedReg (https://www.medregom.admin.ch) before starting the activity is mandatory, proven knowledge of the Italian language with relative registration with MedReg before starting the activity (required level B2), knowledge of other national languages and English is desired, spirit of initiative, strong interpersonal skills and communication organizational skills and predisposition for interdisciplinary collaboration flexibility and positive attitude, pleasure in working in a team and collaborating at a transversal level mastery of IT tools Observations --> The applications of those who do not possess the above requirements will in no case be taken into consideration and will consequently be eliminated from our database.
