As of December 1, 2026 or by agreement we are looking for a *n Med. Practical Assistant - Women's Clinic 60% (Tuesday and Wednesday are fixed)

Your area of responsibility

• You are responsible for the planning of office hours, patient coordination and the preparation of office hours
• You receive our patients, receive them and advise them on the phone
• The performance recording of the outpatient consultation hours as well as the assistance of the doctors in certain interventions is also part of your tasks

Your profile

• You have completed training as a Med. Practical assistant* in EFZ
• You are a friendly, empathetic reliable and flexible personality
• Professional experience in gynecology is beneficial, but not a "must"
• Very good knowledge of German, further language skills beneficial
• They bring an experienced handling of medical-technical devices and well-founded PC knowledge
• Organizational and communication skills as well as a high willingness to perform and learn, resilience and teamwork round off your profile
