Giardino Group is looking for a Marketing & PR Manager for the Giardino Ascona in Ascona. Giardino Hotels is a characterful Swiss luxury hotel group with locations in St. Moritz, Ascona and Locarno. ## Tasks

• Development and implementation of the marketing, PR and communication strategy for the entire Giardino Group
• Management of brand, content, social media and PR activities
• Management of agencies, media partnerships and influencer relations
• Positioning of Giardino brands in the luxury, lifestyle and tourism segment
• Responsibility for campaigns, budgets and performance KPIs
• Close cooperation with management, sales and operations ## Requirements
• Several years of leadership experience in marketing, PR or brand management
• Experience in hospitality, tourism, luxury or lifestyle
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on mentality
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, Italian beneficial
• Passion for brands, hospitality and storytellin
• Affinity to AI, digital tools, data analysis and measurable marketing tools
• Entrepreneurial thinking, initiative and structured working methods
