We’re looking for a Market Team Head for our Global Wealth Management business. We are looking for someone to:

Company and context
- develop team members across all aspects including helping the team provide trusted advice to clients drawing on expertise from across our global organization
- manage the team's needs, risk management issues and ensure the delivery of the entire suite of our bank's products and solutions
- help the team identify potential HNW/UHNW clients and coordinate cross-bank coverage for the clients
- ensure compliance guidelines are strictly adhered to when interacting with clients and prospects.
- Comply with all regulations, policies and standards, contributing to an effective risk culture
- break down barriers and overcome operational bottlenecks to ensure a flawless client experience
