Key requirements

  • Degree in process engineering, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in chemical manufacturing or process industry
  • Initial leadership experience and developed leadership skills
  • In-depth knowledge of process technology and production
  • Experience with HSE, quality, and production systems (e.g., HAZOP, RCA)
  • Structured, solution-oriented, and pragmatic working approach
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and strong personal initiative
