Main responsibilities
- Analisi, classificazione e risoluzione di problemi hardware, applicazioni d'ufficio, SAP e server, incluso tracking e soluzione dei problemi informatici con successivo feedback al cliente
- Cooperazione attiva in progetti di migrazione e rollout
- Installazione e messa in servizio di sistemi IT per amministrazione e logistica,nuovi negozi e ristrutturazioni dei punti di vendita
- Esecuzione di traduzioni dal tedesco all'italiano (Newsline, materiali per la formazione, ecc.) in conformità con la terminologia specifica informatica
Key requirements
- Formazione informatica completa (laurea tecnica o equivalente) con diversi anni di esperienza nei settori indicati e nella gestione di specialisti IT.
- Ottima conoscenza di hardware informatico (PC, stampanti, reti, tablet, smartphone, ecc) e software (Windows 10, MS Office 365, ecc) con un approccio strutturato e indipendente
- Disponibilità al servizio di picchetto (7x24), lavoro fuori orario (06.00-22.00) e al sabato, possesso della patente B e disponibilità a viaggiare regolarmente a Gossau (SG)
- Ottima padronanza della lingua italiana e tedesca, sia nello scritto che nel parlato.
