- This is a full-time, on-site role as Intermediate Production Manager at Rapelli SA in Stabio.
- The role involves overseeing production activities, managing production schedules, ensuring compliance with quality standards, coordinating teams, and optimizing production processes to achieve business goals. Liability
- Ensuring the operational functioning of the Area
- Ensure that all activities carried out under the framework are carried out in accordance with internal principles and provisions and on the basis of objectives.
- Ensure that all activities carried out in the field are carried out safely as defined.
- Guarantee the degree of Quality of the products.
- Coordinate and control compliance with the weekly production plan;
- Manage, motivate and develop the human resources available to the work area.
