YOUR MISSION: Framework and develop the Research and Innovation team Ensuring the relevance of the Innovation strategy to the needs of the Manufacture Managing the project portfolio Research and Innovations Managing the "Watch and Intellectual Property" portfolio Participate in the realization of the new product plan for the next 10 years HOW DO YOU GET A IMPACT? Coaching and developing the Research and Innovation team: Defining the objectives of each Collaborator Developing individual skills Ensuring the good cohesion of the multidisciplinary team Ensuring communication and competence sharing within the team Ensuring the relevance of the Innovation strategy to the needs of the Manufacture: Presenting current projects to the Innovation Committee Align projects with strategic directions Developing and maintaining the relationship and collaboration with external institutions. Managing the Project Portfolio Research and Innovations: Define the priority of projects (important, urgent, delay, ...) Manage interactions with other services (LMM, prototype, ...) Manage the "Watch and Intellectual Property" portfolio: Identify and protect patentable inventions within the R&D department Ensure, at least, the freedom of exploitation of each Dev project. Take stock, at least quarterly, with the IP-Group team on the priority of drafting patent applications How do you feel about us?

• Doctor in microtechnics or equivalent
• Substantial general professional experience and strong professional experience in his field of expertise, at a full level of competence.
• Scientific knowledge about acoustics a plus.
• Multidisciplinary team management
• Knowledge of 3D design software, computer tools and suite office.
• Knowledge of Windchill, CREO, Orchestra, Mapics, etc.
