Role overview

As a Manager / Senior Manager in our fast growing Life Sciences R&D Consulting team, you will be at the heart of transforming how leading pharma, biotech and medtech organisations discover, develop and deliver therapies to patients. You will:Sell, lead and deliver high impact projects – Shape and close new opportunities, then lead diverse teams to deliver complex programmes that improve R&D productivity, accelerate development timelines, enhance quality and compliance, and unlock new value for our clients. Develop new ideas and propositions – Identify emerging client needs and industry trends, and turn them into distinctive consulting offerings, thought leadership and market leading solutions that you will take directly to clients. Work cross functionally across the value chain – Solve end to end challenges spanning R&D, manufacturing and commercial, helping clients break down silos and design integrated operating models, processes and technologies. Collaborate across borders and disciplines – Work with international clients and teams, partnering closely with PwC's global network of life sciences, digital, data/AI and change specialists to bring the best of PwC to every engagement. Shape a high growth practice – Play a key role in building our rapidly expanding team: developing our people, strengthening our culture, and helping to define how we work and what we take to market as we scale. You'll work on mission critical issues for top tier life sciences companies, while contributing directly to the growth and direction of a dynamic and entrepreneurial practice within PwC.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a science related discipline (e.g. life sciences, chemistry, biomedical engineering, pharmacy or related field) At least 6 years' relevant work experience, with a strong track record of delivering results in complex environments Minimum 3 years' experience in the consulting industry (mandatory), ideally with exposure to life sciences / healthcare clients Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional knowledge of German and/or French is highly desirable Willingness and ability to travel to serve international clients as needed Experience utilizing AI in both client delivery and as consulting tools
