Your tasks • You will assist the general managers of different subsidiaries of various sizes in financial management. • You are passionate about analysing data and developing recommendations for actions based on comprehensive data from financial accounting, cost accounting or standardized key performance indicators (KPIs). • You will accompany and validate the monthly management control of client projects and prepare project evaluations with the general managers. • You also accompany the subsidiaries in the budget process, in the preparation of monthly, semi-annual and annual accounts, and prepare quarterly activity reports with the group management. • Depending on your experience and assets, you can take charge of additional projects. Your profile • You have a degree in Business Economics (University/HES/ES), a federal certificate in Finance and Accounting with additional training in Controlling, or you are an expert in Accounting and Controlling. • You justify 2-3 years of experience in management control. An initial experience in project management (building engineering or construction) is an asset. • You are flexible and communicative. Your style sets you apart. • You have team spirit and strong analytical and relational skills. • You master Excel perfectly and quickly assimilate complex data structures. An experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is an asset. • You speak French fluently. An excellent command of German in writing and speaking is essential.
