For a long-term and technologically demanding transformation program, we are looking for several experienced Senior Scrum Masters for our customer from Bern.

In this role, you accompany agile teams in the SAFe environment, promote the continuous improvement of cooperation and support the successful implementation of complex digitalization and development projects.

Your tasks

• You moderate and coordinate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives and Backlog Refinements
• Support product owners and agile teams in planning, prioritizing and implementing sprint and PI goals
• Identify and eliminate obstacles, risks and dependencies and promote transparent cooperation with all relevant stakeholders
• You accompany agile teams in their further development and strengthen self-organization, personal responsibility and a continuous culture of improvement
• You support the preparation and implementation of PI Plannings and work closely with product owners, release train engineers and other stakeholders
• You analyze progress, document relevant results and derive measures to optimize processes and collaboration
• You will design and moderate workshops, training courses and other formats to promote agile ways of working within the organization

Your profile

• Several years of experience as a Scrum Master in complex agile development environments
• In-depth knowledge of Scrum and ideally experience with SAFe and Agile Release Trains
• Experience in moderating sprint and PI planning as well as agile ceremonies
• Strong skills in coaching and further development of agile teams
• Experience in stakeholder management and in cooperation with product owners and technical departments
• Analytical and structured procedure with high solution orientation
• Experience working with Jira or comparable Agile Management Tools
• Strong communication, convincing and empathetic personality
• High initiative and the ability to support teams in self-organization
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Proper reputation is mandatory
