• actively originate and drive Lombard and mortgage lending opportunities, partnering with Client Advisors from initial client discussions through to deal execution and closure
• provide subject matter expertise in residential mortgage lending, applying a strong understanding of the regulatory framework to ensure transactions comply with local regulations and internal credit policies.
• act as deal captain for complex lending transactions, structuring appropriate client solutions, assessing risks and mitigants, and preparing high‑quality credit submissions
• promote the suitable and sustainable use of lending solutions to Client Advisors, clients, and internal stakeholders
• drive sales momentum and conversion by identifying lending opportunities within existing and new client relationships
• provide guidance on pricing and structuring for complex lending transactions, applying sound commercial judgement
• contribute to asset growth and loan interest income through proactive marketing efforts and participation in client meetings
• build and maintain strong internal partnerships by continuously coaching Client Advisors and collaborating with Credit Risk Control and Investment Product teams
• continuously improve our lending and deposit offerings to better meet evolving client needs
