## Roles - Lead the packaging team of 20 people in terms of personnel and expertise - Ensure smooth processes and participate in the continuous improvement process (KVP) in operations - Accompany the development of employees, conduct performance reviews and semi-annual employee qualifications - Promote and develop cross-departmental collaboration within the distribution center - Active support on the ground in daily business such as packaging, stocktaking, relocations, and breakages - Participate in site-specific projects ## Requirements - 10 years of professional experience: in logistics including leadership experience - Completed vocational training (EFZ): in the field of logistics or higher vocational school with a focus on logistics - Very good communication skills and high leadership and social competencies - Strong system affinity for standard applications (MS Office; SAP) - "Maker" qualities that can be carried out on the ground, with the people - Stylish German in speech and writing - German (negotiation-secure) - English (an advantage) - Italian (an advantage) ## What we offer - Migros Bank: Drive better with interest and fees on your private, investment, or mortgage accounts.
