The Position We are The unit represents the reliable backbone of our regional and international supply chain. Together, we ensure that complex logistics, order and material flows function smoothly and that vital products reliably reach their destination. Your position In this position, you are the linchpin for the application-related business support of our unit. You support our customer service out of Mannheim with diagnostic products and ensure that the process chain represented in our IT applications works smoothly at all times. Your tasks are complex and changing, whereby you plan and execute them independently and independently according to general guidelines.

Your tasks You act as a “translator” between business and IT, in which you know the business processes through many years of experience and how they are depicted in the applications used.

• Especially for the processes of physical order processing in our warehouse areas, you are an expert and an important key user.
• You are the contact person in day-to-day business and provide business support around the customer supply process chain
• You control and monitor data and information flows and take care of master data maintenance
• You get an overview of existing processes, look for optimization options and implement them in coordination as part of change management.
• You’ll accompany technical upgrades, create test case descriptions, and perform functional and regression tests to ensure system stability.
• You ensure that employees are always informed about the mapping of our processes in the applications and their documentation and carry out appropriate training.
• You will actively contribute your expertise to projects for process design and the further development of our global supply chain.

Your profile

• Have your business informatics studies or a similar IT-affine study You successfully completed with Master. In addition, you bring several years of practical experience in IT-supported order processing (SAP eWM).
• You are familiar with automated warehousing and distribution logistics.
• Your knowledge of the customer delivery processes and their mapping in SAP eWM goes beyond pure user knowledge and you are familiar with how the applications work in the background.
• Working with digital platforms and AI-based tools on a daily basis goes without saying for you.
• Your knowledge of German is sure to negotiate and you speak very good English.
• You have the ability to methodically analyze complex problems and translate them into practical solutions.
• Your high level of social skills and your team-oriented way of working distinguish you.
