This is what moves you

• You are responsible for processing the digital re-letting process with a focus on secondary objects
• Creating high-quality and error-free online advertisements as well as commissioning further marketing measures such as photos and 360° tours are among your tasks.
• You carefully examine applications and select suitable tenants to subsequently create rental contracts for residential and ancillary properties
• The implementation of apartment visits with tenants as well as independent acceptances and handovers are also your responsibility
• First contact person: in the office you take over the customer support on site and initiate measures to monitor and prioritize rentals and vacancies

This is why you succeed

• You have completed vocational training (e.g. KV, Detailhandel, Handelsschule or Ä.)
• You also have several years of professional experience in customer contact
• First real estate experiences are advantageous, lateral entrants: insiders are also welcome
• You act solution- and customer-oriented and enjoy the personal interaction with people
• An independent and reliable working method as well as good communication skills and negotiating skills distinguish you
• Your readiness for flexible deployments in the evening and Saturday round off your profile
• You communicate verbally and in writing fluently in German, English of advantage
