Descrizione You are responsible for the tactical procurement of your raw material groups – from tendering to supplier selection – and ensure that we are competitive and resilient.
You control the sourcing process – with a clear focus on costs, risk and quality.
## Tasks - You independently carry out tenders (RFP/RFQ) for defined raw material groups – Structured, data-based and with a clear objective - You negotiate prices, conditions and contract contents and enforce them sustainably - You identify and qualify alternative suppliers in order to reduce risks and create competition - You systematically evaluate supplier performance and derive concrete improvement measures - You analyse procurement markets and derive recommendations for action from them - You work closely with category management, quality, development and supply chain - You ensure that all relevant purchasing decisions are transparent, comprehensible and compliant ## Requirements - You have commercial training or a degree with an economic connection - You bring experience in purchasing - ideally in the raw material environment or in the food industry - You have experience with tenders and negotiations and think in TCO, not only in terms of price - You understand procurement markets and can classify and argue developments - You work in a structured, independent manner and with one
