Are you motivated by the idea of quickly and competently supporting people in emergency situations? Have you always wanted to use your language skills in an international environment?

In this role, you will strengthen the Claims division in the SOS Damage Assistance department at Zurich Switzerland and make an important contribution to our joint success. You advise our insured persons on immediate measures and organize, for example, roadside assistance abroad or the return of passenger cars and passengers after accidents abroad. You support customers from all over Switzerland, use German, English, French and Italian every day and, together with your multicultural team, help ensure that our insured are supported in the best possible way around the clock.

This is what awaits you

• You take calls from insured persons, partners and internal offices in several languages and are their first point of contact in emergencies.
• You organize immediate measures and coordinate medical services, roadside assistance and the return transport of passenger cars and passengers at home and abroad.
• You handle property and liability insurance cases and ensure that all steps are handled efficiently and customer-oriented.
• You work closely with international service partners and service providers and ensure smooth cooperation.
• You are responsible for the administrative handling of damage cases, including damage payments, correspondence and the further processing of subsequent orders in our systems and support the team Motor Vehicle Damage if necessary.

This sets you apart

• Completed vocational training and/or professional experience in a comparable customer service activity
• Good MS-Office knowledge
• Rapid comprehension, high customer, service and solution orientation
• Flexibility in operational planning (24/7 incl. weekend)
• Very good knowledge of German (including Swiss German) and Italian as well as good knowledge of French and English.
